From August 2020, we will present our completely renewed beverages menu. Expect a collection of new flavors, surprising combinations and let yourself be pampered by our team.
In addition to taking the art of cocktail making to perfection, The collection of Bar TwentySeven’s includes an impressive range of whisky’s such as Hibiki 21, the rare Yamazaki 2013 sherry cask, Highland Park 40 and Pappy van Winkle’s 23. Probiotic cocktails are also served. These are made from special ingredients such as organic, home-brewed pineapple beer. In collaboration with our Wine Director Ronald Opten, the collection is a choice of extremely carefully chosen wines. But we also like to pull out all the stops for a well-brewed cup of coffee, fresh tea or "just a sparkling water".
All days are considered special days at Bar TwentySeven. A weekday or not, you can always drop by for the necessary dose of luxury. From the moment you arrive, be amazed by the unique hospitality concept of Bar TwentySeven. Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 pm to 1:00 am
Friday and Saturday: 12:00 pm to 3:00 am
The bar is open daily from 10 am, however for the special cocktails our bartenders are available from 12 pm.
